About the role

Join easyJet as an A320 family Captain on a 2‑year fixed‑term contract based in Marrakesh. You will operate from the left‑hand seat, delivering a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for crew and passengers while supporting easyJet’s low‑cost, customer‑focused model.

Key responsibilities

• Operate A320, A319 or A321 aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Make decisive, safety‑first decisions throughout all phases of flight.
• Maintain the highest professional standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cabin crew and ground teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Required profile

• Current Commercial Passenger Captain on an A320 family aircraft (within the last 12 months).
• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,000 PIC hours on the A320 family.
• EASA Licence (willing to convert to AustroControl prior to OCC).
• EASA Class 1 Medical (willing to convert to AustroControl prior to OCC).
• ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
• Legal right to live and work in the EU.
