Account Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented junior professional to join our team as an Account Development Executive. The role blends market research with client engagement, offering fresh graduates or candidates with a short internship to develop analytical and commercial skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and management of client accounts.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and proposals.
• Analyze data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal research, analytics and client‑service teams.
• Maintain strong communication and follow‑up with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduate from ENCG, ISCAE, Al Akhawayn, HEM or similar institutions, or a candidate with a few months of internship experience in market research, business development or communication agencies.
• First exposure to client interaction or commercial activities is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of data analysis and basic statistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SPSS (optional).
