Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

Hilti is looking for an Account Manager to join its on‑site team in Rabat. You will act as the lead solutions consultant for large construction jobsites, building strong relationships and ensuring customers receive safe, efficient, and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned large construction jobsites from inception to completion, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Rapidly acquire technical product knowledge and adapt solutions to project specifics and stakeholder needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, training sessions, and workshops to showcase Hilti’s value proposition.
• Troubleshoot contractor challenges and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities, suggest action steps, and drive business performance.
• Maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships and ensure timely collection of account receivables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and handle both technical and commercial tasks.
