AI Automation & Optimization Specialist

About the role

ELVTR is seeking a tech‑savvy AI Automation & Optimization Specialist to streamline internal systems, manage technical tools, and support cross‑functional teams. This full‑time remote position is ideal for a self‑motivated problem‑solver with a solid technical background.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing processes across departments such as Sales and Customer Support.
• Reduce manual work by implementing automation tools and AI‑based solutions.
• Handle technical requests in internal chats, troubleshooting tools like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms.
• Research and evaluate new tools, workflows, and technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Design and introduce new processes that boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations.
• Practical experience using AI tools for process optimization.
• Proven ability to work independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources.
• High ownership, self‑motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and prioritizing tasks effectively.
