AI & Marketing Analytics Operations Manager

About the role

The AI & Marketing Analytics Operations Manager builds AI‑driven reporting and automation capabilities that power the Marketing function. You will turn fragmented data and manual workflows into trusted insights and scalable, production‑ready systems that support campaign execution and business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, ship, and maintain AI‑driven reporting solutions that automate data preparation, analysis, narrative generation, insight identification, and recurring business readouts.
• Create and manage AI agents, skills, and applications that automate operational processes, marketing tasks, and campaign execution.
• Own and evolve the Marketing reporting ecosystem across paid media, digital, web, email, events, partner, ABM, lifecycle, and organic programs.
• Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks to guide channel investment and map the buyer journey.
• Build executive‑ready reports linking channel performance to pipeline, revenue, acquisition, and conversion outcomes.
• Lead leadership readouts, business reviews, and performance discussions, surfacing trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align data definitions, reporting logic, system requirements, and shared success metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Analytics or a related field.
• Proven ability to build production‑ready AI applications, agents, or automations rather than relying solely on prompting tools.
• Strong hands‑on experience with multi‑channel marketing reporting and campaign performance measurement.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting structures, campaign hierarchy, and data‑quality practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
