AI Transformation Lead

About the role

The AI Transformation Lead will define and execute the AI‑driven transformation roadmap for our Infrastructure Managed Services. This strategic position bridges AI technology with IT operations, automation, and customer experience to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current IT Operations maturity and identify AI transformation opportunities.
• Drive AI‑enabled automation initiatives such as AIOps, auto‑healing, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection.
• Design target operating models for AI‑augmented managed services.
• Collaborate with architecture, data, and observability teams on AI integration.
• Lead proofs of concept (PoC) and minimum viable products (MVP) and scale successful solutions.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and mechanisms to track ROI, MTTR reduction, automation rate, and SLA improvement.
• Manage vendors, partners, and AI technology providers.
• Support change management, training, and adoption across stakeholders.
• Contribute to presales, service offerings, and client transformation engagements.

Required profile

• 15+ years in IT Operations, Managed Services, or Infrastructure Services.
• 8+ years leading large‑scale transformation or automation initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with AIOps, observability, and AI‑enabled service delivery.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated environments.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL v4, Lean Six Sigma, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), and relevant technical certifications.
