AI/ML Software Development Manager

About the role

RED TIC is looking for an AI/ML Software Development Manager to lead a high‑performing team that delivers intelligent solutions for Oracle ERP systems. You will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to foster a culture of shared responsibility for code quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead developers and testers in designing, implementing, and testing software components.
• Explore, experiment with, and develop AI, Large Language Model, and Machine Learning solutions relevant to Oracle ERP.
• Build and mentor a strong development team focused on AI/ML services.
• Improve sprint management, code quality, and overall development processes.
• Participate in architectural design reviews and guide teams on service scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with operations and other development groups to enhance service architecture and resiliency.
• Conduct detailed code and test‑plan reviews when needed and create career‑advancement opportunities for team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience (e.g., Software Developer, Data Scientist, ML/AI Engineer).
• 2+ years of leadership or people‑management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or E‑Business Suite.
