Analytics Engineer

About the role

Lenstra is seeking passionate Analytics Engineers to join its team in Morocco. You will work on cutting‑edge data platform projects for large enterprises, using a modern stack that includes GitHub Actions, dbt, Terraform, Elementary and Dagster.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to define and promote Analytics Engineering best practices.
• Gather requirements from Analytics Engineering teams and propose new platform features.
• Work with client teams to solve business challenges, define analytics outcomes, and develop data models.
• Partner with data scientists, consultants, and other analytics professionals to scope analytical projects.
• Stay current with emerging analytics engineering tools and contribute to Lenstra’s capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for complex, ambiguous issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
