Application Engineer

About the role

Ecolab Morocco is seeking an Application Engineer to join its ECOLAB Heavy team. You will work autonomously, interacting directly with customers to deliver water‑treatment solutions across multiple industries and build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to sales representatives in strategic district accounts, executing system assurance and continuous‑improvement plans.
• Assist with plant surveys, start‑ups of new applications, and technical support for both existing and prospective customers.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a technical liaison for district sales teams.
• Identify and resolve customer pain points, perform system analysis, interpret data, and deliver written recommendations.
• Perform sample testing, light maintenance, chemical ordering, inventory management, service reporting, and general labor activities.
• Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident‑reporting procedures.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry.
• 2–5 years of technical service or field‑sales support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record.
• Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory.
