Arabic QA Lead (Remote)

About the role

This contract position is for an Arabic Quality Assurance Lead who will work remotely to ensure the quality, consistency, and performance of trainers on Arabic AI training projects. You will evaluate AI‑generated Arabic content, provide detailed feedback, and help maintain high standards across the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic content and trainer/QA work against project rubrics.
• Assess accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, and formatting.
• Provide precise written feedback in English and Arabic.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QAs.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain documentation.
• Activate and re‑engage contributors who are not working consistently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Arabic proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong command of English for following guidelines and providing feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Arabic writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Deep understanding of Arabic grammar, spelling, punctuation, diacritics, RTL formatting, tone, register, Modern Standard Arabic, and regional variations.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, or QAs is strongly preferred.
