Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a technically proficient Artificial Intelligence Engineer to lead AI initiatives across multiple domains within AXA GBS Morocco. The role involves developing scalable AI solutions, implementing models, and enabling business teams through intelligent automation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess AI use case opportunities in collaboration with business teams.
• Facilitate scoping, discovery, and solution design workshops.
• Develop AI assistants, agents and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation solutions.
• Support business teams from ideation through industrialisation and deployment.
• Document best practices and conduct continuous technology watch on AI advancements.

Required profile

• Support business teams in designing, developing and industrialising AI use cases.
• Ensure technical feasibility, maintain solution quality and guarantee compliance with platform standards.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Python for AI development.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, A2A frameworks.
• Knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases.
• Integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
• Familiarity with Langfuse, MLflow and AI observability tools.
• Implementation of Guardrails and responsible AI practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Understanding of REST APIs, micro‑services architecture, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
