Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales and project management functions of Philipp in Casablanca, providing administrative coordination, customer communications and market research across Morocco and the wider North African region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager.
• Assist with B2B machinery sales activities, including client communication, correspondence, and follow‑ups.
• Develop and maintain databases of customers and potential clients across different markets, industries, and countries.
• Conduct basic market research to identify new sales opportunities, particularly within Morocco and surrounding markets.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information.
• Coordinate with international departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Previous experience in sales support, administration, or business development is advantageous.
