Associate Marketing Manager

About the role

The Associate Marketing Manager will coordinate the deployment of territory marketing and commercial plans across one or several segments, supporting customer‑facing teams and ensuring alignment with sales and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement territory segment Go‑to‑Market (G2M) plans (SAVE – Solution, Access, Value, Experience).
• Support customer‑facing teams in launching and executing SAVE actions, providing corrective measures as needed.
• Deploy and coordinate new offers locally while promoting existing offers.
• Supply sales and distribution with appropriate enablement materials to drive segment growth.
• Lead initiatives to increase customer leads, conversions and retention in line with distribution strategy.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of customer segments, SKUs, market trends and performance, feeding insights into territory business reviews.
• Align SKU forecast and supply with territory business ambitions and product lifecycle.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc regional or global projects and identify local opportunities consistent with the G2M plan.

Required profile

• Experience working directly with customers.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proven project management experience.
