B2B Telesales Specialist

About the role

The B2B Telesales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Marrakesh. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls to business clients, present products and services, and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads and identify client needs.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects and handle objections professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Share client feedback and participate in sales training and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong B2B telesales and lead‑qualification skills.
• Fluent English with clear, professional phone etiquette.
• Customer‑service mindset to build long‑term client relationships.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing coaching and product training.
• Goal‑oriented attitude with ability to work under targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business or marketing education is a plus.
