B737NG / MAX Captain – Fly Global, Tax-Free Salary

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is seeking an experienced B737NG / MAX Captain to join its fast‑growing fleet. Based in Casablanca, you will operate worldwide routes across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Africa on a 5‑year renewable contract.

Key responsibilities

• Operate B737NG or B737MAX aircraft as Pilot‑in‑Command, ensuring the highest safety standards.
• Lead the flight crew, manage flight planning, and comply with all regulatory and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground operations.
• Participate in line checks, training sessions and occasional simulator assessments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on B737NG / MAX.
• Current B737 type rating.
• Valid ATPL (FAA, ICAO or EASA) and Class 1 medical certificate.
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Last flight performed within the past 12 months (preferred).
• No accident/incident or criminal record.
• Age 55 years or younger.
