BI Engineer

About the role

As a BI Engineer you will join the Reporting Factory Team at AXA GBS Morocco, designing, developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions that enable data‑driven decisions across the global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy Power BI reporting factory solutions, including official reports and dashboards aligned to product and service operating models.
• Maintain, update and provide BI assistance to key stakeholders, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with a multicultural, multi‑country team using agile methodologies.
• Implement row‑level security, automated data feeds and adapt report structures as products evolve.

Required profile

• Ability to converse technically in English with senior managers.
• Experience working remotely with globally distributed team members.
• Knowledge of agile delivery methods.
• Strong capability to understand business needs and translate them into data models.

Required skills

• Power BI (report creation, modelling, visualisation, row‑level security).
• Microsoft Power Platform and connectors to external data sources.
• PowerShell scripting for data processing and automation.
• Data modelling and data‑cleaning techniques.
• MS Graph API knowledge.
• Understanding of Active Directory for privileged access in Power BI.
• Power BI MS Certified (preferred).
