About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly assistance that enhances the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with order questions, general concerns, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
