About the role
We are seeking a Blue Collars Recruiter Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar positions within the automotive sector. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills and suitability.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment with internal processes and Smart Recruiters requirements.
- Keep accurate, up‑to‑date candidate records throughout the process.
Required profile
- BAC+5 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
