About the role

We are seeking a Blue Collars Recruiter Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar positions within the automotive sector. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Screen candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills and suitability.
Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain alignment with internal processes and Smart Recruiters requirements.
Keep accurate, up‑to‑date candidate records throughout the process.

Required profile

BAC+5 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the automotive industry.
Fluent in English and French.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
