Business Development Manager – North Africa

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Video Systems business across Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Francophone West Africa. The role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and achieving revenue targets while travelling frequently across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy for the assigned territories.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and growth areas through market intelligence.
• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets, build and maintain a strong pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and business cases, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers, distributors, strategic partners and senior decision‑makers.
• Identify and develop channel partners, distributors and resellers where applicable.
• Participate in tenders, RFPs and large‑scale projects, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, technical, finance and operations teams and provide market feedback.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, pipeline reports and maintain CRM records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the security, video or technology sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate contracts.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of North African and Francophone West African markets.
