Business Operations Analyst – Product Catalogue

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to manage and maintain its EMEA product catalogue. You will ensure vendor product information is accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date while supporting cross‑functional teams across operations, sales, finance, and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and keep current vendor catalogues and price lists.
• Classify items by segmentation, product line and granularity.
• Align workload with financial calendar and vendor closing periods.
• Enrich product lines with logistic details such as weight and size.
• Perform gap analysis for new platform releases.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Business Analysts and IT on compliance and legal topics.
• Prepare, analyse and monitor data quality reports.
• Maintain profitable vendor relationships and support internal inquiries.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions as needed.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree with 1–2 years of related experience, or two‑year degree with equivalent experience.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical mindset and high ownership.
• Proactive communication and a can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
