Caissier (H/F) – Agence de micro‑finance

About the role

The Fondation Arrawaj is looking for a Cashier to join its micro‑finance agency in Larache. You will be responsible for handling cash operations and supporting the agency’s financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the agency’s cash registers and daily cash flow.
• Process disbursements and receive payments.
• Maintain the inventory of consumable supplies.
• Handle documentation, filing and archiving of financial records.
• Represent and protect the Arrawaj brand within the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s level (Bac+2/3) in management, economics, accounting or finance.
• Minimum age of 20 years.
• Methodical, friendly and rigorous attitude.
• Experience in micro‑credit is desirable; 2 years of experience as a cashier or accountant is required for internal promotion or external candidates.
• Career paths may lead to CPS, CPA, CP or Accountant positions.
