About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Rabat is seeking a Chef de Cuisine for its All Day Dining outlet. You will lead daily kitchen operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and step in for the Executive Sous Chef when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the All Day Dining kitchen, overseeing breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Plan, organize, control and direct kitchen staff to maintain superior food quality and consistency.
- Assume all duties of the Executive Sous Chef during their absence.
- Maintain a safe, sanitized work environment in line with production requirements.
Required profile
- Extensive culinary experience in luxury resort environments.
- Passion for delivering the highest culinary standards and placing food at the centre of the guest experience.
- Creative flair with a personal touch to food and beverage concepts.
- Charismatic, nurturing and inspiring leadership style focused on team development.
Required skills
- Fluency in French.
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Fluency in English.
