About the role
Hyatt Regency Casablanca is seeking an experienced Chef de cuisine to lead the kitchen of Café M, its flagship dining venue located in the heart of the city. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure culinary excellence, and drive continuous improvement in a high‑volume, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all kitchen activities, from menu planning to service execution, for a large‑scale restaurant.
- Control food costs and maintain profitability while upholding quality standards.
- Implement and monitor HACCP safety procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse culinary team.
- Adapt menus and processes to meet the expectations of an international clientele.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gastronomic cuisine, with at least 1 year in a similar leadership role.
- Previous experience in city‑center hotels or high‑traffic venues is a plus.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- Proactive, creative, and able to drive change.
Required skills
- High proficiency in French language.
- HACCP certification.
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine.
- Food cost control expertise.
