About the role

The Marketing team of Versalya, a brand of Laboratoire Pharmaceutique Iberma, is looking for a Product Manager to drive the growth and development of its product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with Versalya’s strategy.
• Implement communication campaigns, professional events, and promotional actions for portfolio products.
• Strengthen product image and positioning, and train the sales force on product knowledge.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analyses to guide strategy and uncover new business opportunities.
• Monitor product performance, support new product launches, and manage promotional activities.
• Coordinate closely with field teams, handling logistics, feedback analysis, and joint visits.
• Manage and track the allocated marketing budget.

Required profile

• Graduate of a business school or a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in marketing or digital marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, analytical and creative mindset.
• Proactive, digitally savvy, and passionate about the health sector.
