About the role

The Bank of Africa is looking for an Operational Security Transformation Project Manager to lead the deployment of security solutions across its information systems. The role covers the entire lifecycle from qualification to production, ensuring a secure and resilient IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment projects of security solutions on the bank’s IT infrastructure.
• Manage qualification, pilot, and rollout phases, ensuring smooth transition to production.
• Coordinate infrastructure, operations, cloud teams and external integrators.
• Deliver operational hand‑over including documentation, procedures and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor schedules, workloads, risks and make operational trade‑offs.
• Provide regular progress reporting to the program management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in information security, networks, systems or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in IT project management, cyber security and security solution deployment.
• Experience in IT transformation, infrastructure, cloud or banking environments.
• Strong technical background in infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies.
