About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is seeking a meticulous and organized Chef Econome to manage the commissary stock for its luxury hospitality operations. This role ensures that all food, beverage, and consumable inventories are accurately received, stored, and issued to support seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store goods in accordance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and process stock withdrawals for production, including food, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, and consumables.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and clean storeroom environment.
- Update stock movements in the system using issuance and receipt slips.
- Participate in periodic inventories and promptly alert management to any discrepancies.
Required profile
- Meticulous and highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing storeroom or commissary stock in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to oversee daily storeroom operations and ensure compliance with procedures.
