About the role

The Clinical Support Specialist will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth commercial operations while providing hands‑on product support and training to healthcare professionals across Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day‑to‑day coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
• Oversee product installations and manage the client onboarding process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive performance and contribute to business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and consistent service support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage professional audiences.
• Proven ability to train clinicians and deliver effective product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Morocco.
