About the role
We are a company operating in the stainless steel distribution. We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial or administrative role, with basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics. Good English skills are required, particularly for speaking, writing, and day‑to‑day communication.
Key responsibilities
- Support the commercial team with daily activities
- Prepare quotations, reports, and commercial documents
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Follow up on orders, shipments, and deliveries
- Assist with supply chain and logistics coordination
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide general administrative and commercial support
Required profile
- Previous experience in a commercial assistant, sales support, or administrative role
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics
- Good English communication skills – speaking, writing, and communicating with colleagues and clients
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented
