About the role

We are a company operating in the stainless steel distribution. We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial or administrative role, with basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics. Good English skills are required, particularly for speaking, writing, and day‑to‑day communication.

Key responsibilities

Support the commercial team with daily activities
Prepare quotations, reports, and commercial documents
Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Follow up on orders, shipments, and deliveries
Assist with supply chain and logistics coordination
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide general administrative and commercial support

Required profile

Previous experience in a commercial assistant, sales support, or administrative role
Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics
Good English communication skills – speaking, writing, and communicating with colleagues and clients
Good organizational and communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented
