About the role
At Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, we are seeking a motivated and service‑oriented Commis de Rang to join our Ling Ling by Hakkasan team, delivering exceptional dining experiences through teamwork, passion and genuine hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Prepare and maintain service stations before, during, and after service.
- Serve food and beverages according to Mandarin Oriental standards.
- Ensure tables are impeccably set and maintained throughout service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
