Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, result‑driven, focused and ambitious Sales Manager to support the Director of Sales and his team. The role consolidates the hotel within specific markets, secures business and builds long‑lasting relationships with key advisors and end‑clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage account production through excellent account management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and improve loyalty.
• Prospect new business, close deals and generate new revenue streams aligned with the property’s sales strategy.
• Follow up on quotations, engage clients and maximize conversion rates.
• Arrange external sales appointments, site inspections and familiarisation trips as needed.
• Input activity into the hotel’s database ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate hotel benefits to clients and showcase the resort.
• Develop marketing intelligence, new product ideas and monitor competition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑3 years of leadership experience in sales, preferably in a five‑star/luxury hotel.
• Established network of connections and strategic account management skills.
• Fluent in English and French; a third language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad and work a flexible schedule.
