Control Architect – Automotive E/E Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Control Architect to lead the allocation of functional requirements across electronic and electrical (E/E) systems for next‑generation vehicles. Based in Casablanca, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with vehicle system and infrastructure architects to ensure robust, safe, and secure designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EE allocation design and verify functional requirements within reference E/E architectures.
• Manage Sub‑System Control Architects for assigned functions.
• Drive EE QCTP and Allocation Concept work with Vehicle Systems and EE Infrastructure Architects.
• Supervise consistency of EE baseline architecture against functional specifications.
• Define and build EE interface synthesis for functional architecture design.
• Validate that performance, safety, and cybersecurity requirements are met at sub‑system level.
• Produce deliverables such as EEAD, DCI, QCTP, and V&V plans.

Required profile

• Background in E/E architecture, embedded systems, or automotive systems engineering.
• Experience with functional allocation across electronic and electrical sub‑systems.
• Familiarity with EE infrastructure, component strategies, and design tools.
• Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and automotive cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to coordinate technical contributors across teams.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing functional and dysfunctional requirements.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
