Four Seasons is seeking a skilled Couturier(e) to maintain and perfect the appearance of employee uniforms at its Casablanca seaside hotel. The role involves ensuring uniforms fit impeccably and performing textile repairs throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect employee uniforms to guarantee correct look and fit according to brand standards.
• Perform alterations, adjustments, and repairs on garments as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of uniform items and track repair needs.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and operations teams to schedule uniform servicing.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in tailoring, garment construction, or textile repair, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Sewing and garment alteration techniques.
