Customer Demand Planner

About the role

The Customer Demand Planner will support Lear Corporation’s Rabat Technopolis Plant by monitoring customer demand, managing inventory flows, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will act as the liaison between customers and internal logistics teams to maintain high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse variations in customer demand, detecting increases and decreases.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs.
• Track inventory of finished products across locations (Calsina Square, Rabat, Transit).
• Organise transportation and customer pick‑up schedules.
• Track returnable packaging for multiple customers.
• Ensure logistic performance for customer deliveries and analyse logistics information.
• Collaborate with master planning to address emergency delivery situations.
• Achieve KPI targets: zero premium freight, zero obsoletes, 100% service rate.
• Monitor capacity, logistics information, and customer KPIs via B2B portal or standard communications.
• Ensure product and process compliance with IATF, customer‑specific, and regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s +5/Master’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to manage priorities under pressure.
• Effective communication skills in both French and English.
