About the role
Yazaki Morocco is seeking a Customer Quality Specialist L1 for its plant in Tangier. You will join a global automotive supplier focused on vehicle electrification, connectivity and autonomy. The role is ideal for candidates passionate about customer quality, problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer complaints and quality alerts.
- Prepare and communicate claims reports according to required deadlines and formats.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions to ensure permanent problem resolution.
- Address recurring issues in collaboration with the PSS.
- Ensure the weekly update of the external QRM.
- Maintain and update customer claims presentations.
- Prepare and update the Quality Improvement Plan.
- Ensure customer requirements are properly implemented and respected internally.
Required profile
- State Engineer in Quality Management or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work effectively across functions.
