About the role

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat, ensuring timely and accurate information.
• Resolve issues and complaints, aiming for full customer satisfaction.
• Provide personalized solutions to build loyalty and trust.
• Share feedback and suggestions to continuously improve services and processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, organized, independent and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using digital tools and curious about new technologies.
• Motivated by challenges and passionate about customer satisfaction.
