Customer Service Associate

About the role

Hytech is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its global support team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries across live chat, phone and email while representing the company’s commitment to high‑quality service in the fintech and financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line support to customers via live chats, phones, and email.
• Answer queries and resolve issues related to Hytech’s products, platforms, and promotions.
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Record and update customer data and relevant information as needed.
• Assist with documentation and administrative tasks, including translation of customer announcement notices.

Required profile

• Tertiary education (diploma or higher); fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends when required.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Effective communication skills and a logical, analytical approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
