Customer Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer to support our supply chain operations in the Oriental Region. The role combines analytical planning, inventory monitoring and stakeholder communication to ensure demand forecasts are met and customers receive timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust supply chain plans to align with demand forecasts and customer requirements.
• Perform weekly analysis of finished goods and raw material inventories.
• Update and manage the weekly production schedule.
• Plan, execute, monitor and control supply chain activities, reporting key performance indicators.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues.
• Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and development of the Hirschmann Automotive management system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years (Bac+5) in logistics, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new tools and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with the Hirschmann Automotive management system.
