About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Assist customers with shipments, order changes, and returns.
- Collect and analyse feedback to drive service improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, and logistics teams.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of consumer protection regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
