Customer Service Representative (French-speaking)

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is a global distributor of electronic components and value-added services. It is looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English to support the Sales team by managing the customer order lifecycle, from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery, and by managing customer-reserved inventory. The position is hybrid, based in the Casablanca office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-invoice process
• Communicate with customers and suppliers and provide after-sales support, mainly by email and occasionally by phone or chat
• Handle order management, backlog monitoring and respond to customer requests and backlog changes
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics
• Ensure on-time delivery in line with customer and company targets
• Drive customer satisfaction and process efficiency

Required profile

• Proficiency in French and English
• Previous experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A customer-focused mindset and strong team spirit
