About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Assistant (Auto‑Entrepreneur) to represent the British Council in Casablanca. You will deliver a professional, engaging experience to customers across our English language and exam services, guiding them through enquiries, bookings and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via face‑to‑face, phone, email and social media, providing clear information and promoting our services.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on enquiries and process refunds or transfers according to policy.
- Conduct placement tests, consultations and exam registrations, acting as the single point of contact from initial enquiry to sale.
- Achieve sales targets by cross‑selling relevant products, re‑engaging existing customers and making outbound calls.
- Process payments, keep financial records and perform reconciliations to ensure audit compliance.
- Support marketing and sales activities, including events, promotions and gathering customer feedback.
- Collaborate with teaching centre and exams teams to meet business objectives.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer service and sales role.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- High School Certificate (or equivalent).
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle payment processing and financial reconciliation.
