Customer Services Sales Representative

About the role

The Customer Services Sales Representative will drive new orders and revenue generation for Siemens Healthineers in Casablanca. You will act as the primary sales contact for customers, ensuring high contract capture rates and supporting service continuity and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main customer contact for sales topics and secure high contract capture rates.
• Prepare, obtain approval for, and archive all sales‑related documentation.
• Establish and maintain ongoing support for customers within your area of responsibility.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to share timely business information.
• Lead tenders and public contracts through all required processes.
• Support the EQ Sales team in signing POS maintenance contracts.
• Apply analytical thinking to develop and execute superior sales strategies.
• Achieve annual targets for new orders, revenue, price increases, and contract capture.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure timely signing of final acceptance documents for public contracts.
• Follow up on time‑and‑material offers, arranging customer discussions to secure purchase orders promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge of the medical imaging industry and customer service requirements.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient and persistent, capable of managing tough negotiations.
• Well‑organized, flexible, and effective at time management.
• Accountable, result‑oriented, and able to work across teams to solve problems.
• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (oral and written).
