Customer Success Manager – Microsoft (German)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager for Microsoft with German language skills, you will support Arrow's Microsoft/Cloud Inside Sales team by managing operational processes on the ArrowSphere platform. You will ensure smooth partner interactions, accurate order handling, and efficient coordination across sales and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate multi‑vendor ArrowSphere orders.
• Perform error analysis, create tickets and coordinate with account management.
• Validate billing feeds and invoicing data.
• Proactively manage vendor renewals.
• Provide partner support for ArrowSphere, invoices, and credit notes.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues independently.
• Maintain partner and customer information in the Microsoft Partner Center portal.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Operations teams.
• Manage Salesforce queue and monitor Microsoft tenant transfers.
• Oversee ArrowSphere user registrations.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or general IT business.
• Structured, detail‑oriented working style.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Fluent in English and German.
