Customer Support Consultant (German, Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a fluent German‑speaking Customer Support Consultant to join its global, remote team. You will assist customers in English and German, handling technical queries related to network connectivity while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support to customers in German and English.
• Troubleshoot basic Wi‑Fi and Ethernet connectivity issues.
• Identify root causes of technical problems and guide non‑technical users through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and communicate with developers and cross‑functional specialists.

Required profile

• Excellent German (C1/C2) spoken and written, with strong English (B2+/C1) skills.
• Basic understanding of Wi‑Fi and Ethernet networking.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Personal laptop (minimum 8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
