About the role
Nuitée is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator in Casablanca to own the day‑to‑day booking, cancellation and guest‑related operational work for its Global Chains hotel portfolio. You will work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to keep issues moving quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end handling of bookings, cancellations, rate issues and guest requests for global hotel chains.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and other internal teams to resolve cases efficiently and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners.
Required profile
- Background in hospitality or the travel industry.
- Comfortable dealing directly with booking, cancellation, rate discrepancy and day‑to‑day guest concerns.
Required skills
- Strong organizational ability to manage a steady flow of cases without slip‑ups.
- Excellent communication skills for customer‑facing interactions and internal coordination.
