About the role
AXA Global Business Services Morocco is seeking a Data & AI Engineering Team Leader to drive technical excellence across its Data & AI teams. You will act as the local technical authority, bridging the Morocco and France offices while fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Data & AI teams locally, providing technical guidance and support.
- Assist engineering teams in delivering solutions and overcoming technical challenges.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads based in Paris.
- Ensure adherence to the AFA framework, processes and best practices.
- Promote a strong Data & AI engineering culture and local team cohesion.
- Support team scaling through technical sourcing and recruitment.
- Serve as the liaison between Morocco and France teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Data Engineering, AI and ETL.
- Background as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
