Data & AI Engineering Team Leader

About the role

AXA Global Business Services Morocco is seeking a Data & AI Engineering Team Leader to drive technical excellence across its Data & AI teams. You will act as the local technical authority, bridging the Morocco and France offices while fostering a collaborative engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Data & AI teams locally, providing technical guidance and support.
• Assist engineering teams in delivering solutions and overcoming technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads based in Paris.
• Ensure adherence to the AFA framework, processes and best practices.
• Promote a strong Data & AI engineering culture and local team cohesion.
• Support team scaling through technical sourcing and recruitment.
• Serve as the liaison between Morocco and France teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Data Engineering, AI and ETL.
• Background as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
