Data Analyst – Tableau (Professional Services)

About the role

Salesforce’s CSG Professional Services Analytics team is looking for a Data Analyst with strong Tableau expertise to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for the Professional Services sales organisation and the Global Commercial Office. The role supports EMEA operations while also contributing to global initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Wrangle data from Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake and other sources to discover patterns, correlate findings and measure business impact.
• Create interactive and intuitive visualisations and dashboards using Tableau.
• Develop a deep understanding of enterprise data such as forecasting, pipeline, bookings and data quality.
• Automate manual reporting processes and improve data quality.
• Troubleshoot data issues, inconsistencies and bugs, and enhance existing dashboards and reports.
• Partner with Professional Services sellers and sales leadership to provide accurate data, insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting or data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex technical results into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong problem‑solving, adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
