Data & BI Engineer

About the role

As a Data & BI Engineer in the Enterprise IT Applications team, you will design, develop and optimise scalable data solutions that support reporting, analytics and business decision‑making across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain a centralised data warehouse and robust ETL pipelines.
• Extract, transform and integrate data from diverse source systems, applying business logic and validation rules.
• Develop automated data processes, reports and dashboards for business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data solutions.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements to data collection, integration and reporting workflows.
• Lead data‑focused projects and manage priorities across multiple initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering data warehouse solutions.
• Strong expertise in SQL, ETL processes, data modelling and cloud‑based data platforms.
• Ability to build and maintain reliable data pipelines while ensuring data quality, governance and security.
• Experience working with ERP environments, data migrations and system integrations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
